H1030 - 2016 Appropriations Act. (SL 2016-94)

Overview: Sec. 12A.3 of S.L. 2016-94 amends a provision in the 2015 Appropriations Act that directs the Division of Central Management and Support of the Department of Health and Human Services to report on the implementation a community paramedicine pilot program by extending the final reporting date from November 1, 2016, to March 1, 2017.

This section became effective July 1, 2016.
