H1030 - 2016 Appropriations Act. (SL 2016-94)

Overview: Sec. 12H.2 of S.L. 2016-94 repeals the statutory notice requirement related to Medicaid recovery from Achieving a Better Life Experience (ABLE) Act accounts, and establishes a more technically correct notice requirement, which requires that notice of Medicaid recovery provisions be given at the time of application for the ABLE account.

This section became effective July 14, 2016.
