H1030 - 2016 Appropriations Act. (SL 2016-94)

Overview: Sec. 12H.3 of S.L. 2016-94 amends the statute governing Medicaid and Health Choice Provider Screening (G.S. 108C-3) to add to the list of designated high risk Medicaid providers those providers who have been excluded by the Medicare program and other states' Children's Health Insurance Programs within the past ten years.

This section became effective July 14, 2016.
