H1030 - 2016 Appropriations Act. (SL 2016-94)

Overview: Sec. 12F.5 of S.L. 2016-94 extends funding that was appropriated to the Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities, and Substance Abuse Services to support traumatic brain injury services appropriated under the fiscal year 2015-2016 budget at the same levels through each year of the 2015-2017 fiscal biennium.
