H1033 - Identification Card Fee Waiver/Disability. (SL 2016-80)

Overview: S.L. 2016-80 adds persons who have developmental disabilities to the list of persons for whom the $13 application fee to obtain a special identification card is waived.

This act becomes effective October 1, 2016, and applies to special identification cards issued on or after that date.
