H1030 - 2016 Appropriations Act. (SL 2016-94)

Overview: Sec. 35.12 of S.L. 2016-94 removes a $500,000 cap on State expenditures for Strategic Transportation Investments Act-eligible light rail projects, requires previously submitted light rail projects to be resubmitted under the next round of prioritization (Prioritization 5.0), and sets maximum State funding for light rail and commuter rail transit projects at 10% of the total project cost.

This section became effective July 1, 2016.
