H1030 - 2016 Appropriations Act. (SL 2016-94)

Overview: Sec. 35.11 of S.L. 2016-94 directs the Department of Transportation to report on how it will measure the amount of preconstruction activities outsourced once these functions are consolidated into construction projects led by the 14 Highway Divisions.
