H1030 - 2016 Appropriations Act. (SL 2016-94)

Overview: Sec. 7.12 of S.L. 2016-94 provides that the State Bureau of Investigation, the State Highway Patrol, and the Division of Emergency Management within the Department of Public Safety are not required to transfer management of their information technology resources to the Department of Information Technology by participating in the Enterprise Active Directory.

This section became effective July 1, 2016.
