H1030 - 2016 Appropriations Act. (SL 2016-94)

Overview: Sec. 19B.3 of S.L. 2016-94 amends the number of district court judges as follows:

• Adds one judge to District 19A, Cabarrus County
• Adds one judge to District 27B, Cleveland County.

This section becomes effective December 1, 2016.
