H1030 - 2016 Appropriations Act. (SL 2016-94)

Overview: Sec. 18.2 of S.L. 2016-94 extends the North Carolina Criminal Justice Education and Training Standards Commission's (Commission) certification authority to include criminal justice instructors and school directors who participate in programs accredited by the Commission.
