H1030 - 2016 Appropriations Act. (SL 2016-94)

Overview: Sec. 11.1 of S.L. 2016-94 requires the Board of Governors, for the 2016-2017 school year, to conduct a competitive process to select historically black colleges and universities (HBCUs) to participate in the internship program linking 95 students attending HBCUs with North Carolina companies.
