H742 - Professional Engineer Licensure/Allow School Maintenance Plumbers. (SL 2016-105)

Overview: Sec. 4 of S.L. 2016-105 provides that local boards of education may employ personnel who are licensed to perform maintenance and repairs on school property for plumbing, heating, and fire sprinklers.

This section becomes effective October 1, 2016.
