S257 - Appropriations Act of 2017. (SL 2017-57)

Overview: Sec. 13.2 of S.L. 2017-57 directs the lead agency designated by the Governor to develop the Beneficiary Mitigation Plan mandated in the Volkswagen "clean diesel" litigation to consult with the Department of Transportation, the Department of Commerce, and other interested State agencies, and submit the plan to the General Assembly. This section also provides that no funds may be expended under the plan until appropriated.

This section became effective July 1, 2017.
