Overview: Sec. 11E.11 of S.L. 2017-57 directs the Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Public Health, to study eating disorders in North Carolina and issue a report on its findings to the Joint Legislative Oversight Committee on Health and Human Services by November 1, 2017.
