S257 - Appropriations Act of 2017. (SL 2017-57)

Overview: Sec 11A.7 of S.L. 2017-57 provides that any enhancement of the State's data analytics capabilities utilizing funds appropriated by the act to the Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Central Management and Support, are subject to applicable State laws requiring the analytics to be developed and implemented in collaboration with the Government Data Analytics Center.

This section became effective July 1, 2017.
