S257 - Appropriations Act of 2017. (SL 2017-57)

Overview: Sec. 11H.3 of S.L. 2017-57 codifies the existing Medicaid provider application fee of $100, in addition to the federal required amount, which the Division of Medical Assistance of the Department of Health and Human Services must charge all Medicaid providers upon initial enrollment and at recredentialing every five years.

This section became effective July 1, 2017.
