S257 - Appropriations Act of 2017. (SL 2017-57)

Overview: Sec. 11H.6 of S.L. 2017-57 allows the Division of Medical Assistance of the Department of Health and Human Services to utilize volume purchase plans, single source procurement, or other contracting processes in order to improve cost containment.
