S257 - Appropriations Act of 2017. (SL 2017-57)

Overview: Sec. 11F.10 of S.L. 2017-57 codifies language creating the Prescription Drug Abuse Advisory Committee in the 2015 budget, renames the Committee the Opioid and Prescription Drug Abuse Advisory Committee, expands the committee to require representatives from the Divisions of Adult Correction and Juvenile Justice, Department of Public Safety, and requires the Fiscal Research Division receive a copy of the Department's annual reports in addition to the Joint Legislative Oversight Committees on Health and Human Services and Justice and Public Safety.
