H719 - Improve Security/Upper Level/Parking Lot 65. (SL 2017-199)

Overview: S.L. 2017-199 makes all of the parking spaces in the upper level of Parking Deck 65 under the Halifax Street Mall part of the "State legislative buildings and grounds" for purposes of allocation by the Legislative Services Commission. The act also gives the Legislative Services Commission the exclusive authority to assign parking spaces in Lot 7 of the State Government Parking Complex. The act became effective July 31, 2017.
