S257 - Appropriations Act of 2017. (SL 2017-57)

Overview: Section 34.42 of S.L. 2017-57 requires the Department of Transportation (DOT) to give the City of Gastonia a right of first refusal if DOT decides to sell the Linwood Springs Golf Course. DOT cannot sell the property if it determines that any mitigation credits associated with the property are not transferable.

This section became effective July 1, 2017.
