S257 - Appropriations Act of 2017. (SL 2017-57)

Overview: Section 34.28 of S.L. 2017-57 authorizes up to $15 million of nonrecurring funds appropriated to the North Carolina State Ports Authority from the Highway Trust Fund for the 2017-2018 fiscal year to be used for State port facility approach dredging.
