S257 - Appropriations Act of 2017. (SL 2017-57)

Overview: Section 34.31 of S.L. 2017-57 requires the Division of Motor Vehicles of the Department of Transportation to purchase credit/debit card processing devices used solely for payments rather than leasing those devices. The purchase price must include the cost of repair and replacement.
