S257 - Appropriations Act of 2017. (SL 2017-57)

Overview: Section 34.36 of S.L. 2017-57 requires the Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV) of the Department of Transportation (DOT) to study the feasibility of eliminating the use of nurses in DMV's medical review program.

DMV must report findings and recommendations to the Joint Legislative Transportation Oversight Committee by December 1, 2017.

This section became effective July 1, 2017.
