S257 - Appropriations Act of 2017. (SL 2017-57)

Overview: Section 34.37 of S.L. 2017-57 requires the Division of Motor Vehicles of the Department of Transportation (DOT) to allocate 20¢ of each fee collected related to motor vehicle titling and registration to the Mercury Pollution Prevention Fund in the Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ).

This section became effective July 1, 2017 and expires June 30, 2021.
