S257 - Appropriations Act of 2017. (SL 2017-57)

Overview: Section 34.4A of S.L. 2017-57 requires the Department of Transportation, prior to any related action of the Board of Transportation on a transportation project, to: inform utility providers affected by a planned transportation project; request each affected utility provider to submit their views on the planned project within 45 days; and consider their response.

This section became effective July 1, 2017.
