S257 - Appropriations Act of 2017. (SL 2017-57)

Overview: Section 34.11 of S.L. 2017-57 changes the time period of the Department of Transportation (DOT) Highway Maintenance Improvement Program from three to five years. This section also directs DOT to merge the Bridge Maintenance Improvement Program and the General Maintenance Improvement Program with the Highway Maintenance Improvement Program by January 1, 2020.

This section became effective July 1, 2017.
