S257 - Appropriations Act of 2017. (SL 2017-57)

Overview: Section 34.4 of S.L. 2017-57 authorizes the Secretary of the Department of Transportation (DOT) to use up to $2 million from funds available for the 2017-2018 fiscal year to cover costs incurred for obtaining additional analytics services to improve the efficiency and operations of DOT, in addition to other funding appropriated to DOT for transportation analytics services.

This section became effective July 1, 2017.
