S257 - Appropriations Act of 2017. (SL 2017-57)

Overview: Section 34.22 of S.L. 2017-57 requires the Division of Bicycle and Pedestrian Transportation of the Department of Transportation to submit an annual report on the progress of projects identified in plans submitted to the Division in the 10 years prior to the report and funded from Bicycle and Pedestrian Planning Grant funds. The report is to be submitted by May 15 each year to the chairs of the House Appropriations Committee on Transportation, the chairs of the Senate Appropriations Committee on the Department of Transportation, and the Fiscal Research Division.
