S257 - Appropriations Act of 2017. (SL 2017-57)

Overview: Section 34.23 of S.L. 2017-57 requires the Rail Division of the Department of Transportation to develop a five-year spending plan for funds in the Freight Rail & Rail Crossing Safety Improvement Fund and submit the plan to the Joint Legislative Transportation Oversight Committee by December 1, 2017.

This section became effective July 1, 2017.
