S131 - Regulatory Reform Act of 2016-2017. (SL 2017-10)

Overview: Sec. 2.3 of S.L. 2017-10 requires local boards of education to comply with criteria that must be met by a local government for the local government to displace a private company that is providing collection services for municipal solid waste or recovered materials within the local government's jurisdiction.
