S257 - Appropriations Act of 2017. (SL 2017-57)

Overview: S.L. 2017-57, Sec. 10.1 authorizes the Board of Governors of The University of North Carolina (BOG) to hire staff members to report directly to the BOG. Within 60 days of hiring such an individual, the BOG must submit a report to the Joint Legislative Education Oversight Committee including various details about the position.
