S257 - Appropriations Act of 2017. (SL 2017-57)

Overview: S.L. 2017-57, Sec. 9.1 authorizes the President of the North Carolina Community College System (President) to reorganize the System Office in accordance with recommendations and plans submitted to and approved by the State Board of Community Colleges by June 30, 2018.

The President must report any reorganization by April 1, 2018, to the Joint Legislative Education Oversight Committee, the House Appropriations Committee on Education, the Senate Appropriations Committee on Education/Higher Education, and the Fiscal Research Division.
