S99 - Appropriations Act of 2018. (SL 2018-5)

Overview: Section 11F.1 of S.L. 2018-5 amends section 11F.2(b) of S.L. 2017-57 to require the Division of Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities, and Substance Abuse Services, Department of Health and Human Services, to reduce its allocation for single-stream funding in the 2018-19 fiscal year by $36,440,895 in recurring funds and by $71,189,458 in nonrecurring funds. The reductions originally called for in section 11F.2(b) of S.L. 2017-57 were $36,002,854 in recurring funds and $54,605,823 in nonrecurring funds.

This section became effective July 1, 2018.
