S99 - Appropriations Act of 2018. (SL 2018-5)

Overview: Section 11F.2 of S.L. 2015-5 amends section 11F.5 of S.L. 2017-57 to require the Department of Health and Human Services to report to the Joint Legislative Oversight Committee on Health and Human Services and the Fiscal Research Division on the number of beds or bed days purchased by the Department under the State-administered, three-way contract and the number of beds or bed days purchased by Local Management Entities/Managed Care Organizations for individuals who are indigent or are Medicaid recipients. It also requires funds which are not expended or encumbered as of June 30, 2019, to remain in the Dorthea Dix Hospital Property Fund.

This section became effective July 1, 2018.
