S99 - Appropriations Act of 2018. (SL 2018-5)

Overview: Sec. 11C.2 of S.L. 2018-5 amends Sec. 11C.14 (a) of S.L. 2017-57 to require the Division of Social Services, Department of Health and Human Services, to expand the Eckerd Kids and Caring for Children's Angel Watch program to include the siblings of any children being served by the program as long as the siblings are under 18 years of age. This foster care program provides services to children, ages 0 to 10, who are not in the custody of a county department of social services and whose families are temporarily unable to care for them due to a crisis.
