S99 - Appropriations Act of 2018. (SL 2018-5)

Overview: Sec. 11E.2 of S.L. 2018-5 requires the Division of Public Health, Department of Health and Human Services, to examine the capacity of the revenue generated from vital records fees to cover the operational costs of the vital records system and to report the findings to the Joint Legislative Oversight Committee on Health and Human Services and the Fiscal Research Division no later than December 1, 2018.

This section became effective July 1, 2018.
