S559 - Study on Indian Tribes Eligibility for Grants. (SL 2018-46)

Overview: S.L. 2018-46 directs the Legislative Research Commission to study the legal status of certain Indian Tribes and report findings and recommendations to the 2019 General Assembly. This act also retroactively amends the law regarding funds allocated to The Golden Long-Term Economic Advancement Foundation.
