H852 - Clarify Eligibility for Needs Based Public School Capital Fund Grants. (SL 2018-80)

Overview: S.L. 2018-80, Sec. 3A.1 allows counties to be considered to be designated as a development tier one area for purposes of priority award of a Qualified Zone Academy Bond (QZAB) if the county was either (i) so designated by the Department of Commerce in 2017 or 2018 or (ii) the county filed a grant application for a QZAB in 2017.

This section became effective July 1, 2018.
