H495 - No Municipal Regulation of Off-Site Wastewater Systems. (SL 2019-131)

Overview: S.L. 2019-131 prohibits municipalities from enacting ordinances or enforcing existing ordinances to prohibit or regulate the use of off-site wastewater systems or other systems approved by the Department of Public Health under rules adopted by the Commission for Public Health when the systems meets the conditions of the approval.

This act became effective July 19, 2019.
