H761 - Clarify Wastewater Permitting Liability. (SL 2019-126)

Overview: S.L. 2019-126 provides that the Department of Health and Humans Services, its authorized agents, and local health departments bear no liability for wastewater systems failures that are a direct result of certain wastewater system evaluations conducted by licensed soil scientists or licensed geologists.

This act became effective July 19, 2019.
