H656 - Medicaid Changes for Transformation. (SL 2019-81)

Overview: S.L. 2019-81 makes changes to the Medicaid and Health Choice appeals statutes, and to other laws pertaining to the Medicaid and Health Choice programs, that are necessary to implement the transition of these programs to a managed care environment and to capitated contracts with Prepaid Health Plans, as required by the Medicaid Transformation legislation that was enacted in 2015.
