S297 - Cancer Research Advisory Panel. (SL 2019-145)

Overview: S.L. 2019-145 directs the North Carolina Policy Collaboratory at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill to assemble a research advisory panel to study and develop recommendations on how best to implement a research program to determine whether any cancer clusters exist within the State.

This act became effective July 19, 2019.
