S399 - Rehire High-Need Teachers. (SL 2019-110)

Overview: S.L. 2019-110, as amended by S.L. 2019-110, allows retired teachers to return to work in certain high-need schools without adversely impacting retired teachers' benefits.

This act became effective July 1, 2019, and will expire June 30, 2021.
