H99 - Transfer ALE/Move Boxing Advisory Commission. (SL 2019-203)

Overview: Part II of S.L. 2019-203 transfers the Boxing Advisory Commission from the Department of Public Safety to the Department of Commerce; provides that the "Boxing Commission" exercises its powers independently of the Secretary of Commerce; directs the transfer of personnel and funds; and makes conforming changes.
