H67 - Road Barrier Prohibition. (SL 2019-84)

Overview: S.L. 2019-84 expands a prohibition on driving around, moving, or damaging roadway barriers erected by the North Carolina Department of Transportation (DOT) for construction work to include closures due to dangerous conditions.

This act became effective December 1, 2019, and applies to offenses committed on or after that date.
