S315 - North Carolina Farm Act of 2019-20. (SL 2020-18)

Overview: Section 3 of S.L. 2020-18 expands outdoor advertising near highway rights-of-way for bona fide farm property by increasing the size of the sign allowed, broadening the area where the sign could be placed, allowing all bona fide farms to place signs, and allowing the sign to stand year-round.

This section became effective June 12, 2020.
