S681 - Agency Policy Directives/2019-2020. (SL 2020-78)

Overview: Section 9.3 of S.L. 2020-78 directs the Wildlife Resources Commission (WRC) and the North Carolina Forest Service to coordinate with the US Forest Service to formulate a plan to optimize habitats to reverse declines in wildlife population on State and federal lands. WRC and the North Carolina Forest Service must report to the Joint Legislative Oversight Committee on Agriculture and Natural and Economic Resources regarding this plan no later than July 1, 2021.
