S315 - North Carolina Farm Act of 2019-20. (SL 2020-18)

Overview: Section 13 of S.L. 2020-18 directs the Department of Environmental Quality and, as applicable, the Clean Water Management Trust Fund to collect and report to the General Assembly certain grant administration and grant implementation efficiency and effectiveness measures. The report is due annually no later than November 1 to the Joint Legislative Oversight Committee on Agriculture and Natural and Economic Resources and the Fiscal Research Division.

This section became effective June 12, 2020.
