S681 - Agency Policy Directives/2019-2020. (SL 2020-78)

Overview: Sec. 4A.1 of S.L. 2020-78 allows the Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services to waive the fifteen percent (15%) cap on the number of Special Assistance in-home payments, as the Secretary deems necessary and within existing appropriations for State-County Special Assistance.

This section became effective on July 1, 2020 and expires on June 30, 2021.
