S681 - Agency Policy Directives/2019-2020. (SL 2020-78)

Overview: Section 4B.2 of S.L. 2020-78 amends Section 1.1(d) of S.L. 2020-4 to expand the allowable uses of $1,500,000 in grant funding to NC MedAssist. NC MedAssist may use the grant funding for other costs allowed pursuant to federal guidance.

This section became effective July 1, 2020.
